About ACUU
The Aging Services Network gathers in Albany each year in June to obtain up to the minute information on managed long term care, health care reform, care transitions, chronic disease self-management, data integration, home and community-based services, livable communities, social adult day care programs, nutrition services, in short, the full range of topics relevant to you and your organization. ACUU offers two general sessions and over 30 workshops. Take a peek at the agenda to learn more.

This two‐part session has been developed for providers and Medicaid Managed Long Term Care Organizations (MMLTCs) that may contract with social adult day services (SADS) programs or are interested in developing a SADS program. View SADS flyer

ACUU attracts professionals from the community-based sector including Area Agencies on Aging, senior centers, adult day services programs, caregiver programs, transportation service providers, nutrition services programs, geriatric mental health programs, consumer directed programs, individuals with disabilities programs, as well as health care professionals.

Location
The ACUU conference is held at the Desmond Hotel and Conference Center, which offers colonial charm, reasonable group rates and contemporary comfort combined with a business friendly environment.
Hotel Rates & Room Block
The ACUU group rate is $144 per night and is available through May 13, 2013 or until the the group block is full, whichever comes first.

AAA Directors Session - June 3
Geared specifically to Directors/Commissioners and staff of Area Agencies on Aging, this session will be held on the afternoon of June 3rd. Pre-registration is required, and limited to AAAs. You will need your User ID and passcode to register. Call us if you need assistance (518) 449-7080.
