Purpose of Forums: These forums are designed to address caregiver related issues identified by AAAs in surveys conducted as well as session evaluation forms. This year we are integrating topics of interest for NY Connects staff. Time is built into the agenda for dialogue and sharing of successful practices.
Seating is limited – Pre-registration is required: Forums are FREE of charge. Forums are designed for:
• AAA Caregiver Coordinators • Aging Services Specialists
• NY Connects Staff • AAA Directors & Commissioners
• Title IIIe Contractors
• Non-profit agency partners serving caregivers (who are invited by their local AAA)
