This general session will discuss the “alphabet soup” of MRT, DSRIP, VBP, BIP and more, and how NYSOFA and Aging-NY and NYSOFA are responding through innovation, partnership, systems change, and ground-breaking training for the aging network. Come to this session to hear the dialogue among leaders in the state and the nation, and how you can help lead the charge toward making New York an Age-Friendly state that is a model for the nation in integration and collaboration to address social determinants of health and other long-term services and supports needs of older New Yorkers.
